1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we process and why
The restaurant may use the system to process employee and supplier contacts, accounts, roles and schedules, working time, hygiene and food-safety records, temperatures, inventory issue and loss, training, daily sales records, invoices, procurement and necessary sign-in and activity logs. The purposes include staff and schedule administration, food safety and hygiene, inventory and procurement, business management, accounting preparation, internal communication, system security and legal obligations. The restaurant is generally the controller and the platform generally acts as processor on its instructions.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the actual relationship and applicable law, processing may rely on employment or other contract performance, legal obligations relating to employment, food safety and accounting, and legitimate interests in secure operations, quality and asset protection.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Only authorised management, accountants or professional advisers, competent authorities, and the platform and providers required for hosting, backup, communications, support, security or enabled AI functions may process necessary data. Processing outside the EEA uses an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard.
5. How long data is kept
The restaurant sets retention periods according to employment, food-safety, accounting, contractual, dispute and other legal requirements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised; platform termination follows the applicable DPA export and deletion process.
6. Your rights, AI and contact
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing and may complain to a competent data-protection authority. AI processes only actively submitted or expressly enabled content, requires human review and does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
